Putting business right where customers are – On the go. It is so important to integrate your websites to fit into the universe of phones and trust me when I say this. A marketing plan that ignores mobile marketing is a failed plan.

    1. I got you right there! There is no running away from notification that baits you into clicking into them and that is what makes it so effective! I feel traditional marketing methods could still be effective but personally I feel they should not be pioritizing on traditional methods.

    1. Hey Delywn! Ideally, I feel companies should not focus too much of their marketing budget on the digital side. A good gauge ratio would be 2:8 where 20% of the marketing budget should be delicated to traditional methods as it is indeed effective to a certain extend!

  4. Hi again! Mobile marketing is definitely the way to go in this day and age. However, sometimes receiving too many notifications may come off as “annoying” for some users, what do you propose businesses should do to avoid that?

  5. Hi Nadia, I have to agree that some notifications are extremely annoying. There was a period where an app constantly ring their company’s name whenever there is a notification alerted. I believe it is all about trial and error. The companies have to constantly obtain feedbacks from their consumers regarding their notifications and they could use data to find out their click rates for their notifications and use that as a reference point to see which campaigns are more prone to users clicking to them and phase out those that are not usually clicked into. This will serve as a strong understanding of their consumers for future references when initiating new campaigns for their application.
